A Holiday Fair

Nov 30 - edited to add:

Thank you Kathy of Kat Collects for picking number 17 for me! I numbered all the responses from 1 through 19 and lucky number 17 is...An Enchanted Cottage and she wanted the puppy. And I'll send the kitty to Kathy of Kat Collects for picking the winner!! :)Nancy

This Friday an old fashioned holiday fair is being hosted by Karen at A Scrapbook of Inspiration. (I'm posting this a day early!)What a great deal being able to do some Christmas shopping from the comfort of home and support your local blogs!

On my blog I'm offering a banner with vintage Santa images....and it says Yes Virginiathere is a Santa Claus. He exists as certainly as love and generosity

and devotion exist. It measures a generous 30 inches not counting the extra end ties. Each banner is 6"x9". I've used felt backs, cardstock and crinkled vintage seam binding.

$30.00

If you buy this Thursday or Friday you get free shipping!

This altered suitcase is available hereand be sure to visit my new real life antique store blog The Roost for a whole shop full of stuff. If you see something you like and it fits in a box just leave me a message in the comments or email me @ nr7332@hotmail.com

So now for my little giveaway! I have two adorable little old hankies. Tell me which one you like best and if I draw your name next week I'll send it your way! (No wonder no one is making a choice - I forgot the puppy hanky)

Check out Karen's blog for all the other Holiday Fair participants.

  6. Your banner is fabulous. After seeing yours I think I may dig the one I made last year out and put some magnolia on top of the cupboard along with the banner and use it for Thanksgiving. It says J O Y. Since I won't be home for Christmas don't you think that's a good idea? Love your store. Wish I lived close enough to visit. ~ Lynn

  9. Hello Nancy, Your banner is perfectly lovely and a lot of work. I always told my children that Santa is the spirit of Christmas. Now they tell their children the same thing.

I am a puppy person and would love to be in the drawing for such a cute give-a-way. Thank you so much and I hope I am lucky.

    Hugs...Jeanne

  10. Your banner and other items in your shop are beautiful, such attention to detail!
I'd want the puppy hankie. He looks just like a dog we had when I was a kid.
I'm having a giveaway today, too, so be sure to stop and check it out!

  14. So many beautiful things you have.
And my choice of the hankies would have to be little doggie, tho they are both so sweet.

  17. I'm soooo late getting around to the Christmas Fair. I love your banner, Nancy! It is just gorgeous, and such a good price! I'm so glad you liked the little tutorial on repurposing Christmas cards into glittery ornaments or gift tags! And I would love to be put in for the drawing for the puppy hankie if it's not too late - it reminds me of our sweet Gizzy Girl... Thank you!... Donna
