How about a look at the Pink in our booth – The Roost at The Antique Gallery, today?
This first picture is NOT my booth – it’s Polly’s but I love it and had to share Polly’s pinkness. Isn’t it the sweetest pink welcome?
This very expensive lamp is in my booth and may come home with me someday. It just has a beautiful soft pink glow.
Here’s a little tree that I decorated with vintage pink glass ornaments and doves that were originally on a wedding cake.
It looks so darling paired with these old perfume bottles.
This is a tray I priced really high hoping it wouldn’t sell – LOL – however it was gone in just a couple of days.
Oh dear how did this get in here…just ignore it!
And lastly here is this wonderful channel back chair (overpriced) that hopefully will be coming home with me soon.
So there you go. A look at the pinkness at The Roost. Thanks to Beverly for hosting Pink Saturday.
As you can see it’s like pulling teeth for me to put this wonderful pink stuff up for sale. If you are willing to pay a really high price for anything Pink…well… just stop by The Roost!
Lastly, I’m wishing my husband, Jeff, a Happy Birthday…here’s a pic I took of me giving him his birthday cake. As you can see I married a much older man!
xoxo Nancy
You have a great pink ppost !
ReplyDeleteHave a nice weekend

Good Morning, Nancy! I hope the cake (guessing is was a b.day cake for your hubby) turned out OK! :)
ReplyDeleteI think we have both been very, very busy this fall! I miss visiting you on a regular basis and I miss you visiting me, BUT this busy time of year will pass and we will have lots of computery time again!
I got such a kick out of your pricing technique! I think I've been known to slap a high price on an item or two (knowing I didn't really want to see it, but that it looked good in my booth!)...only to have it sell! That helps to keep us excited about doing what we do, I guess!
Anyway, I loved the PINK tour at The Roost! I hope your sales are great! My friends and I went to a couple of Holiday Open Houses yesterday...one included a huge ant. area. They were selling vintage Christmas hand over fist!
Have a great weekend..Happy B. Day to Jeff and give that princess Lily a little smooch from me!
L, Dana
So many to see! I like the Welcome sign in pink and the tiny Christmas tree with pink trims :-)
ReplyDeleteI also think Princess Lilie is adorable in her crown of pearls :-)

Nancy..I love the pink pieces. I am crazy for flea markets & antique centers. I have a vintage category on my website with the intention of selling some of my finds. Like you said, it is sooo hard to part with the vintage pinks. I want to keep it all!!! (I usually do)
ReplyDeleteI LOVE your booth..wish I could shop there today!!
Have a lovely pink day..xo Tami
Well you've really made me smile today...grin...Truly a girl after my own heart as I have been known to "mark it up" when a so loved item is really NOT for sale! Love your both...thanks for sharing! Happy PS to you...and Happy Birthday to you dear Ol' man...still giggling!
ReplyDeleteThanks for sharing your booth ! I love to see the pretties ! I adore
ReplyDeletethat tray too - no wonder why it sold !

Nancy, you have some of the neatest things! Hopefully nobody will be willing to pay your asking price for that beautiful chair and you'll have to take it home. Miss Lillie wears that tiara better than any pageant contestant I've ever seen! She is beautiful. Hope you have a wonderful week. Kathy
ReplyDeleteBeautiful PINK photos. What a wonderful post.
