Pink Saturday and Valentine's Day go hand and hand. This week I've also been working on a Vintage Ephemera swap hosted by Julie at
Cupcake DD.

Since I'm doing WW it was fortunate (or not) that I saved my box from last year. Here's what I put in the box and in the pink altered Crystal Lite tube!

I'm curious...Do you send valentines, anymore? Do you decorate your house? Make some valentines whether you have kids or not - it's just so much fun and whoever gets one will absolutely love it.
I have read some of your posts. I have seen the works of art you have displayed. I liked the same and would love to revisit your website.

Nancy, I love, love, LOVE what you did here. Just precious. And yes, I do send some Valentines. I think it's a wonderful holiday, and I like to send things to my friends who are single so they know they are loved. And of course, I like to find something special for Mr. Magpie. :-)

ReplyDeleteYes, I send Valentines to family and friends, plus the shut-ins from our church. But mine are store-bought. I should really look at my scrapbooking supplies and come up with something more creative.

Nancy your Valentines box is so wonderful! What a terrific surprise awaits your friend! I do decorate my house for Valentine's Day. Not like Christmas, of course, but little touches here and there. I haven't made Valentines for years though. Maybe this year I'll venture one or two!

Love to make valentines! Once I was so inspired I made 29 valentines for my daughters' entire classroom! Tiresome, but fun (hope they appreciated it!!).
