Happy Pink Saturday…I went to the Creating Keepsakes Show today and do you think I got a decent picture? Nope… so in lieu of those fuzzy photos I thought I'd show you some "arial" shots of The Roost. I love, love, love these vintage lanterns.
Aren't they the most delicate shade of pink? I had a really high price on them because I do not want to sell them…but if something is in there not for sale customers get really grumpy! I also get complaints from my husband who thinks I hang too much and I quote "crap" overhead!
They are really old just like me – ahem – and today is my birthday and eating program or not I'm sure I'll have a little cake! Matter of fact…why don't you join me!
Be sure and visit Beverly at How Sweet The Sound and all the participating pink blogs!
xoxo Nancy

So pretty in pink!
ReplyDeleteI am curious what are the roses to the left of the pictures? I was thinking maybe lampshades?
Oh Nancy Sweetie...

Now Happy Birthday to you.
Happy Birthday to you.
Happy Birthday Dear Nancy.
Happy Birthday to you.
And many more to come. May all your wishes come true.
I love the lanterns. I think I too would put a high price on them to keep them, but you know the price is right to the right person. Some day someone will come in, and you will be packing them up to go to a new home. Just prepare yourself sweet one.
Hope you have a beautiful birthday and a wonderful Pink Saturday. Thank you for the wonderful cake. It was so scrumptous.
Many hugs and much love, Sherry

ReplyDeleteI hope you had a little piece of cake...that makes a birthday! You can always do a bit more exercise if you are feeling guilty...lol!
I love your lanterns and understand, completely, why you don't want to part with them...don't always listen to hubby advice...sometimes they just don't "get" it!
