Once again I'm starting an exercise and diet program.  I feel like my body has withstood a lot in the past few years so now I definitely need to convince my mind.  Wish me luck!

I'm joining Tracey at Notes From A Cottage Industry for Sunday Words To Live By.

I loved the quote. Honestly, I have not been hungry on my diet, but my mind is driving me crazy!! My BRAIN is hungry. I am sure you know just what I mean!! Good luck to you. Lori L

  3. Good luck - I'm back to walking myself starting in the morning. Just getting to the track is more than 1/2 the battle :) Jennifer

  4. It helps me to focus on getting healthy rather than losing weight. Good luck with your new routine--wishing you lots of entertaining exercise and yummy fruits and veggies!

  5. Hi Nancy! It's been forever, things have been totally nuts for me lately. Good luck on your health program - that sounds so much better than diet:) Yes, Cait graduated, just started her first teaching job in Dallas. We moved her into her new apartment 2 weeks ago. I'll shoot you an e-mail, you would not believe the last 3 weeks of my life LOL. Are you still in the Antique Gallery in RR? We were in there a while ago, DH needed some props for his still life photography. Thanks for stopping by, I'll TTYL. Hugs, Kat

  6. We all need reminding of this verse! We are so hard on our bodies. Thank you for your early BD wishes! I am almost near the last day of the month, a Libra. My mother was a Virgo though. Intelligent, quick, creative, opinionated (usually right), and very good with money. Is this you as well! Good luck with your endeavors! Elizabeth
