I love making mosaics and yet have never joined in on Mosaic Monday hosted by Mary at The Little Red House. Today I thought I’d share a collage of my pictures from the Austin Pond Tour from a couple of years ago.
These yards were so cool and inviting looking but it was sooo hot that day I haven’t done the tour again. Next year…yes, next year for sure we’re bound to have some cooler temperatures brought to us by the rain that so far has evaded us. I hope wherever you are you’re having delightful weather today.
xoxo Nancy
Hello Nancy, you mosaic is so pretty. Nature at it's best. The pool and the wooden structures are what makes summer so delightful.

I also commented on Pink Sat. Late but not forgotten.
Nancy, Beautiful yards, but I understand not going on the tour this year. Today for the first time in many days, we did not reach 100...it was cloudy and we had a very brief shower, but thankful for anything.
ReplyDeleteHappy Monday

There is something magical about water in the garden and love that reflection! What a clever little addition.
ReplyDeleteThe AC still works it just drips...into an igloo right now.
Happy Monday, Candy
Such a pretty mosaic! Those gardens are spectacular!

ReplyDeleteIt is hard to believe it was hot the day you were there. With all the water,it looks like it was a cool day. What a fun place. Great photos.

Hi Nancy, lovely mosaic - especially love the waterfall in the centre image. Pond tours are the best. We didn't go this year, but have in past years gone to the tours in my area (Ottawa, Can). I'm always amazed at the quiet oases people have tucked away in their backyards ... :)
ReplyDeleteNancy, Beautiful mosaic!! I am having a Giveaway. Stop by. Hugs! Connie
ReplyDeleteHello Nancy. What a lovely mosaic. Looks like a lovely place to visit!
ReplyDeleteWow, what lovely yards! I hear you about the heat -- it's been 98 and HUMID here today. :(
ReplyDeleteThanks so much for sharing your beautiful images at Mosaic Monday. :)

I'm certain that was a wonderful tour...even in the heat. I'd love to have a fountain in our yard, but the "keeper of the greens" won't have anything additional he needs to mow around! :) Happy day! L, Dana
ReplyDeleteHi, Nancy,
ReplyDeleteI enjoyed very much my Austin Pond Tour that you gave. I don't live too far from Austin so I will have to check this out. We got a little, little bit of rain today, thankfully. I hope your week has been a good one so far. Vicki
Nancy,
ReplyDeleteYour blog looks gorgeous. I love your mosaic, Austin is on my list of places to go. I have only been to Dallas. I love your photographs.
