Welcome To Ohio

I wanted to put this picture up last Thursday but Jeff and I were hiding out at our friends…

Rita and Ed's house….

under strict instructions from Niece Hollie and Nephew Greg in order to surprise Sister Judy at her big Birthday BAsh!

More about that later….so anyway last Friday morning we woke to a huge snow!!!  Well…maybe only two inches huge but yikes…late March??? Actually I was thrilled to see it.  Back to Rita and Ed – they had just moved into a beautiful new garden home.  Ed collects cars

and Rita collects baskets.  Honestly – there were baskets everywhere!

Garbage baskets

towel baskets and …well everyone is entitled to their collections, right?

I'm telling you the girl is a basket case!  Ouch.

but this is her most unique basketry use….lab feeding basket..

To tell you the truth, I don't think Mick the lab is really on board with this!

But he's a good sport just like Ed and Rita!  You guys are the best!  All three of you.  Sending love to our Ohio friends who we miss terribly!  Thanks so much for your hospitality.

  1. Can't have too many flowers or too many baskets! I too live in a garden home. Just right for us.
