Tablescape Thursday

Here's my tablescape for today....an Easter breakfast with the Easter Bunny as an honored guest. Of course he's so busy on Easter day that we planned for April 1st. Well, never let it be said EB doesn't have a sense of humor.

I had the table set and turned my back and can you see what he switched around???
I put our silvered and poached eggs on the table
was just pouring coffee and drinks (Bunny Mary's)
and when I came back from getting my husband, (someone and I'm not mentioning any names)
gobbled up his cabbage leaves and celery sticks. Oh look at that innocent face
Well we all know rabbits are fast so we had to forgive him for his little indiscretion.
All's well that ends well. Don't you agree Mother Bunny? She lost her hand about 10 years ago but still manages to hold up the flowers. She looks extremely well for 25 years old and in bunny years thats about 450 years old!!!
Polkadot egg plates - Target
Coffee Mugs - Homer Laughlin Blue Glasses - Fostoria Blue American
Pink Mimosa glasses - Mexico
Placemats are from Kohls

  4. What a trooper that bunny is to hold the flowers after her tragic accident :) You have a knack for putting it all together!

  5. Enjoyed your little tale of forgiveness, after all that is what Easter is all about. But really, can you blame the little hungry bunny? And I spied Miss Chick in the roaster checking out the whole thing.
Easter Blessings to you all, Candy

  21. What a cute post! I wish the Easter Bunny would stop by my house. I'll just have to be content to lay out some carrots for the filling of the baskets, its hard work! Everything looks great!
