I’m baffled but here’s the link!
Hey there – Pink Participants…no one ventured a guess on my last post so I decided to do something different. LOL I think this is the most creative wedding I’ve ever seen so I’m posting it instead. Notice the pink bridesmaid dresses.

Little Bella…Here she is with her family. Isn’t she darling? She arrived right on schedule perfect in every way!
Have a magical weekend. xo Nancy
A new little Bella is on her way. My almost niece Jamie is delivering on Monday if she makes it that long! This gives me a chance to do a little scrapbooking and share it for Pink Saturday!
This took a different direction than my original plan and little Bella is entering a big family of girly girls so of course she’ll be a little Princess. One of my best friends, Judy, is her Nanny (as in grandmother not the other kind!). So lace and ruffles and pink and hearts and glitter in abundance. The heart can hold a picture of Mom, Dad, and big brother Cameron, and the house a picture of her…House??? LOL
I’ve tucked some mats into the pocket to hold extra pictures.
Moving on…
The next page has glittered letters spelling out her entire first name and a matt for a photo and two others for vital statistics.
The best embellishments are the last to go on….the pictures!
An early welcome to you, little Bella from Aunt Nancy who wishes you a charmed life
surrounded by all of us who already love you!

On patrol and sporting a new pink bow!
Have a wonderful Pink day! Nancy
Good (pink) morning to you. Each week Beverly at How Sweet The Sound hosts Pink Saturday. Be sure and visit all the pink bloggers on her list.
This week I’d like to do a little baking. I searched Etsy for some supplies I’d need.
First…this vintage apron.
Then I’d need this pink Bauer mixing bowl.
So I could mix up a batch of these…
Cheese Bone Cookies
2 Cups Flour
1 1/3 Cups Shredded Cheese
1/2 tsp Garlic powder
1/2 Cup Vegetable oil
4 Tsp Water
Bake at 400 degrees for about 10 to 15 mins.
Stir in flour, garlic, oil and cheese. Knead well, adding water as needed
to make dough stiff. Roll out on a floured surface to 1/2 in thick, cut
out using bone cookie cutters. Bake until cookies are slightly brown.
Cool completely on a wire rack.
I’d then cut them out with these adorable flower garden cookie cutters.
and then I’d serve them to…..
Isn’t she darling??? Who wouldda thunk it? Not me but we are thrilled to have found her. (see my last post)
We really are cooking our own dogfood so I really do plan to make some dog cookies. We’re heading to the dogpark this morning so here’s wishing you a wonderful Saturday!
xoxo Nancy
Today we took a trip deep into the Texas Hill Country. Leaving the main road
The road just kept getting smaller
We drove and drove for about 25 minutes.
Through some slow moving goats…
Over lots of cattle guards…
2 electric gates…
Past rocks and cactus…
on and on through the hills
down a long and winding road.
All because I happened across this ad.
As you know we lost our Lillygirl a few weeks ago. We really were not looking for a dog yet but out of the blue we saw this ad on KiJiJi and I couldn’t believe my eyes. A female sheltie 2 years old named Lillie! What are the odds?? I think we were meant to have her!
So at the end of the road in the valley lives Ann Debo…sheltie queen of Texas. She breeds and raises the most beautiful shelties. Here’s Lillie, her mother, grandmother and Ann.
Sweet dogs, sweet lady
And this sweet Lillie Lousie came home with us.

Don’t you just love cowgirls who are all glittered up? Especially when they are on my fabulous crown made by my friend LaVerne. She knows I love Pink, Aqua, Glitter and Tea and somehow managed to incorporate all of that into my crown for the Paper Cowgirl crown swap.
Isn’t it darling??? Thank you, LaVerne. I love it!
A teeny tiny Tea Set and lots and lots of glitter.
And here’s the crown I made for my swap partner, Suzie Button.
The crown was to be Texas or Cowgirl themed. Suzie likes PINK, Glitter and Buttons!!!
And what do you do at 3a.m. when you can’t find your velcro?? Decorate the temporary clothespin
And call it done! Cowgirls have to be resourceful after all.
What fun this was!!!
Be sure to visit Beverly at How Sweet The Sound…the Queen of Pink Saturday for a list of all the blogs participating.
Happy 4th…Stay safe. xoxo
